Job Description
Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Check sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents before shipment.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and loading of goods.
Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and courier/transport documents.
Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and drivers for timely delivery.
Track dispatched shipments and update delivery status.
Maintain proper records of all dispatched and pending orders.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams regarding dispatch status and delivery issues.
Handle shortages, damages, wrong shipments, and delayed deliveries.
Verify quantity and product details before dispatch.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
Follow company procedures related to inventory and dispatch.
Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
Perform other duties related to dispatch and logistics as assigned.
