Job Description

Comforto is looking for an E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to own the order-to-resolution lifecycle across our D2C website (comfortobedding.com) and marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry). This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations - order processing, shipping labels, and tracking - and post-sales support - returns and warranty case handling. You'll be the person who makes sure an order goes out correctly, arrives on time, and that if something goes wrong afterward - a return, a damaged product, a warranty claim - the customer is taken care of quickly and fairly.
