Job Description
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospective clients/customers
- Explain company services clearly and confidently
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate call records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead closure
