Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce and explain our services in a professional manner.
- Generate interest and qualify leads based on set criteria.
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in US/International time zones.
