Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹20,000+ per month based on performance

Experience: Minimum 6 months Experience required

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers.
• Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
• Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, investment or related fields will be an advantage.
