Restaurant Manager

Job SummaryTIKASAN Cafe & Restro is looking for an experienced, disciplined and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations, supervise employees, control costs and ensure excellent guest service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the restaurant’s complete day-to-day operations.
• Supervise waiters, kitchen staff, cashiers, cleaners and delivery personnel.
• Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance, punctuality and grooming.
• Conduct daily opening and closing checks.
• Maintain food quality, service standards, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve problems promptly.
• Coordinate dine-in, takeaway, birthday-party and online-delivery orders.
• Monitor orders received through Zomato and Swiggy.
• Check daily sales, billing, cash, UPI and POS settlement.
• Control food wastage, complimentary items, discounts and operating expenses.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing with approved suppliers.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and prevent shortages or pilferage.
• Coordinate with chefs to ensure menu availability and timely preparation.
• Train staff in customer service, order-taking, hygiene and restaurant SOPs.
• Prepare daily reports covering sales, expenses, stock, wastage and customer feedback.
• Support local promotions, special events and customer-retention activities.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety and company requirements.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory and cost control.
• Experience with POS billing, Zomato and Swiggy order management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Hindi; basic spoken and written English preferred.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel and daily reporting systems.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, disciplined and capable of managing staff under pressure.
• Salary and BenefitsSalary: ₹22,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
