About the RoleShreeji Marketing Corporation is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting industrial automation products and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge along with excellent sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, industrial customers, and dealers.
• Promote and sell industrial products such as Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Automation Components, Sensors, Valves, and Motion Control Solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales orders.
• Coordinate with the application, purchase, and service teams for order execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and submit daily visit reports (DVR).

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of industrial automation products.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Customer relationship management.
• Technical sales aptitude.
• MS Office proficiency.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering.

Preferred:

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of industrial automation brands will be an added advantage.
