🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to join our growing team at PANCHSUGANDH, an incense and pooja products brand. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, developing retail networks, and achieving sales targets.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers and potential customers regularly.
- Generate new business and expand the company's retail network.
- Promote and sell PANCHSUGANDH products such as incense sticks, dhoop, sambrani, camphor and other pooja products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Take orders, follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential outlets.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Maintain daily market visit and sales reports.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback and share customer requirements with the management.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Field Sales preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, incense, pooja products, cosmetics, general trade or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local markets and retail outlets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Must be comfortable with regular field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
