Job Description
* Attend assigned support calls and provide prompt assistance.
* Handle customer queries received through WhatsApp.
* Resolve student queries related to course access, login issues, technical support, and product usage.
* Provide remote desktop support using *UltraViewer* whenever required.
* Support customers across multiple digital products and courses.
Technical Support
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to resolve them.
* Assist customers with account setup, course access, and product-related concerns.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
