Export Marketing
Position: Export Marketing Executive / Manager
Company: HealthCaps India
Location: Ropar / Punjab
Department: International Business / Export Marketing
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Export Marketing professional to handle international business development, customer acquisition, and export sales for HealthCaps India.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage international markets for the company's products.
Identify new overseas customers, distributors, agents, and business opportunities.
Handle export enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
Develop and maintain relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in international markets.
Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Ensure timely follow-up on payments and outstanding receivables.
Handle export documentation and coordinate with logistics/customs teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in International Business/Marketing preferred.
3–8 years of experience in Export Marketing / International Sales.
Experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, food ingredients, healthcare, or FMCG exports preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, international payments, and logistics.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
