Job Description

Scheduling & Planning: Plan routine service visits and assign work orders to field engineers based on priority.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client queries, complaints, and service updates.

Contract Management: Track contract expiration dates and process timely AMC renewals.

SLA Tracking: Monitor response times and service closure rates to meet agreement standards.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service records, job cards, and prepare management information system (MIS) reports.

Billing Support: Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing and payment follow-ups. [1, 2, 3]
