Job Description

Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – ConvyFlow by Codely

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to help grow ConvyFlow, our WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging platform for small and medium businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Visit businesses across Calicut to identify potential customers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
  • Update all activities in Zoho CRM.
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Share customer feedback with the product team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of field sales or B2B sales experience.
  • Fluent in Malayalam with working English.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable meeting business owners directly.

Compensation

  • Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month.
  • Attractive incentives and travel allowance.
