Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • General Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain the general ledger and conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
  • Auditing & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and delegate daily tasks to junior accountants and bookkeepers.
  • Process Improvement: Spot financial discrepancies, cut costs, and improve internal controls
