Front Desk & Telecalling Executive
Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized professional to manage our front desk and keep our daily agency operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Inquiries: Manage the front counter, warmly greet visiting clients, and handle all inbound and outbound telecalling efficiently.
Internal Coordination: Act as the central communication bridge, ensuring smooth coordination across our internal creative and production teams.
Office Management: Maintain a professional workspace, manage basic admin tasks, and oversee daily office supplies.
Data Tracking: Maintain accurate visitor logs and daily inquiry records.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication, multitasking ability, and basic computer proficiency.
