Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
• Introduce and explain company product to customers.
• Generate new sales enquiries through telephone calls.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
• Share product information, quotations, and other details as required.
• Maintain customer and enquiry records in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding customer requirements.
• Take feedback from customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Achieve assigned calling and enquiry-generation targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good coordination and follow-up ability.
