Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to generate leads and appointments from real estate and allied industry stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Yugen Realty’s offerings.
  • Generate leads for newspaper/magazine advertising, digital promotions and trade events.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
  • Fix meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain lead database and daily calling/follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.


KRA (Key Result Areas):

  • Daily outbound calling and qualified lead generation.
  • Monthly appointment/meeting targets.
  • Consistent follow-up and lead conversion support.
  • Database development and reactivation of old clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly lead/revenue contribution targets.


Skills Required:

  • Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
  • Confident telephone communication and convincing ability.
  • Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and CRM.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
