Job Description

• Conduct engaging live product demos for potential SaaS clients to highlight key features and value

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (telecalling) to address inquiries, convert leads, and provide guidance

• Resolve customer support tickets, chat inquiries, and technical issues efficiently

• Troubleshoot user problems and guide customers step-by-step to successful resolutions

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales leads in the CRM system

• Gather product feedback from users and coordinate with internal teams to improve product features

• Deliver prompt responses and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
