Job Description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical Business Development Manager to identify, validate, and develop new growth opportunities in Kerala through e-commerce and quick commerce.
The ideal candidate will research market opportunities, identify high-potential product categories (up to ₹5,000), build strategic partnerships, and create a scalable omnichannel business model.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify opportunities in:
- Pillows
- Bedsheets
- Mattress Protectors
- Cushions
- Home Furnishings
- Storage & Lifestyle Products
- Other complementary categories
- Evaluate demand across:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Swiggy Instamart
- BigBasket
- Other emerging platforms
- Identify products suitable for quick commerce and e-commerce.
- Build relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Develop private label opportunities where feasible.
- Create pricing, margin, and profitability models.
- Recommend new products based on customer demand and market trends.
- Design and execute pilot launches.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to leverage the existing distribution network.
- Prepare business cases and growth plans for new categories.
