Job Description

·        Have complete understanding of the client organization and JDs.

·        Search for the suitable profiles from the portal against the client’s parameters on JD.

·        Connect with the candidate and brief them about the open position and requirements.

·        Obtain candidate’s willingness to apply for the open position.

·        Once candidate’s profile is shortlisted, organize for the personal interview.

·        Upon selection by the organization, convey to them the offer.

·        Keep them engaged during the notice period.

·        Convince them to join as per the date committed by them.


Major Challenges:

·        Searching suitable candidate within the clients criteria.

·        Convincing them for the interview and joining.
