Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive with 2+ years of experience, preferably from a manpower services or staffing company background.
- Key Responsibilities:Labor law compliance and statutory documentation
- Salary and wage processing
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Coordination with consultants for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances
- Handling contractor and manpower-related records
- General administration and office coordination
- Maintaining HR MIS and employee files
Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manpower services, staffing, or labor-intensive industries preferred
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Qualification:Graduate / MBA (HR) / BBA / MHRM or equivalent
Salary:Negotiable based on experience and skills.
