Job Summary
Megamart is looking for an experienced Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service in our apparel retail environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Supervise and guide the sales team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits
- Handle billing operations and POS systems
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- RequirementsExperience in Apparel Retail Industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle store operations and sales targets
- Basic knowledge of retail billing systems and inventory management
- Experience4+ Years in Apparel Retail
