Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into practical, technology-driven strategies and operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and transformation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
