Floor Manager

Floor Manager – Dental ClinicDenza Dental Center, Kharadi, Pune is looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Manager to manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily floor and clinic operations efficiently.
• Coordinate between doctors, dental assistants, reception/front-desk staff, and patients.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and patient coordination.
• Handle patient queries and ensure a professional patient experience.
• Supervise clinic staff and monitor their daily responsibilities.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper functioning of the clinic.
• Coordinate with the team regarding treatment schedules and follow-ups.
• Assist with billing, payments, records, and basic administrative work.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain proper coordination and communication within the clinic team.
• Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in clinic/hospital/hospitality/front-office/operations management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
• Professional, presentable, and patient-friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
