As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Lightning Flows and Salesforce platform technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive technical decisions, mentor team members, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications aligned with business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a technical lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce development initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Flows, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Apex and related platform technologies.
Lead a team of developers and collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers.
Responsible for technical design, code quality, estimations, and delivery planning.
Drive technical discussions and contribute to architecture and solution design decisions.
Develop reusable UI components and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and deployment support.
Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills:
o Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
o Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing) and Salesforce APIs.
o Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
o Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation.
o Expert in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
o Experience with Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud implementations.
o Experience in Agent force Vibes or other GenAI tools
o Knowledge of DevOps ,Agile methodology and release management practices.
o Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce JavaScript Developer 1, Platform Developer I/II .
Good To Have Skills:
o Experience with Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
Additional Information:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in LWC.
Experience in leading or mentoring development teams is must.
15 years of full-time education is required.
