Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead vendor on-boarding by identifying and evaluating reliable suppliers.
• Conduct vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor and improve vendor performance tracking through regular evaluations and reporting.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
• Analyze vendor performance and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
• Experience in vendor on-boarding, vendor negotiation, and relationship management.
• Knowledge of vendor performance tracking and supplier evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
