Job Summary:

ipshipment.com is looking for a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers and logistics partners. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, shipment-related issues, tracking requests, order management and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp and support tickets.
• Assist customers with shipment tracking and delivery updates.
• Resolve courier-related issues, including delays, NDRs, RTOs and lost shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners for shipment escalations and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Guide customers through the ipshipment platform and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports on customer support activities and escalations.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to improve service quality.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of customer service practices.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
• Ability to multitask and handle customer issues professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of eCommerce and logistics industry is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Logistics, Courier, or eCommerce industry.
