We specialize in providing high-quality, smart, and sustainable electric two-wheelers. We are looking for an energetic and organized professional to handle our retail customer relationships and outbound calling operations.

Role Overview

• Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) cum Telecaller
• Location: Bellandur, Bangalore (In-Showroom Role)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred, but qualified Male candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective buyers
• using data generated from online platforms, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
• Test Ride Coordination: Convince potential customers over the phone to visit the Bellandur showroom for a product demonstration and book Ampere electric scooter test rides.
• Walk-in Engagement: Greet walk-in customers at the showroom with a welcoming attitude and assist the core sales team in managing the customer experience.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline with warm leads who visited the showroom or showed interest but haven't purchased yet.
• Service & Delivery Coordination: Call existing Ampere owners for regular vehicle service reminders and manage customer satisfaction queries.
• Data Entry: Keep precise records of daily calls, customer feedback, and lead statuses in standard Excel sheets or the dealer management tool.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), Front Desk Executive, or Inside Sales Agent (preferably in automotive, retail, or hospitality).

OR

• Education: Fresh graduates holding a BCA, B.Com, BBA, or any basic graduation degree who have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Skills Required

• Languages:

Strong command over Kannada and English is essential to handle local retail walk-ins and phone calls. Knowing Hindi is a plus.

• Communication: Polite, friendly, and patient telephone manners. Ability to pitch product benefits clearly without using complex technical jargon.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with everyday tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and handling basic lead management sheets.
