HR Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in Non-IT and Bulk Hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures against hiring requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle
• end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and bulk hiring requirements.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening based on skills, experience, location, salary, and job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Manage bulk recruitment drives, walk-ins, and mass hiring campaigns.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer letters, and joining.
• Ensure candidates join as per the committed joining date.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
• Maintain proper candidate records and update the recruitment database regularly.
• Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work under recruitment targets and tight deadlines.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Preferred Candidate:
• ProfileGraduate/MBA in HR or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Experience in hiring for Sales, Telecalling, Operations, Collection, Customer Support, Back Office, Field Staff, and other Non-IT roles will be preferred.
• Candidates who have handled high-volume recruitment and mass hiring will be preferred.
