Job Description
Recruitment Manager
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates.
- Handle bulk hiring and achieve recruitment targets.
- Manage and guide the recruitment team.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment MIS.
- Ensure timely joining and a smooth hiring process.
Requirements: 2–5 years of recruitment experience, good communication, team management, sourcing, and interviewing skills.
