Job Description
This should be your #1 sales hire.
For Customized Polycast, you need someone who can understand industrial products and approach companies—not a generic telecaller.
Ideal profile:
- 2–5 years B2B industrial sales experience
- Engineering/manufacturing background preferred
- Good communication
- Comfortable visiting factories
- Can speak with Purchase, Maintenance, Production and Engineering teams
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings/materials
- Experience selling industrial products/components is a major advantage
- Ahmedabad/Gujarat industrial market knowledge preferred
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000/month + travel + incentive.
