Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business impact.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to software applications and system components.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and diagnose system issues effectively.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of incidents.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems to track and manage support activities.

Additional Information:
