Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to drive efficient, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Engage stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and business logic; translate them into clear user stories, functional requirements (FRDs), and process flows.
• Process Mapping: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work as a liaison between business executives, product managers, and software development teams to ensure technical deliverables align with business objectives.
• Data & Solution Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to support decision-making, validate business rules, and measure post-implementation impact.
• UAT & Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria, assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure the final product satisfies all business requirements.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar product/operations role.
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in writing User Stories, BRDs/FRDs, Wireframes, and Flow Diagrams (using tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability with working knowledge of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa).
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
