Business Development Executive (BDE) — AI & Software Sales

About the role
Aelyx Pvt. Ltd. builds AI, automation, and custom software for growing businesses. We're scaling fast and need a driven Business Development Executive to bring in new clients and close deals. If you love the pitch and the close, this one's for you.
What you'll do
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Book meetings and product demos with decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and present the right AI/software solutions.
- Follow up, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Hit monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate onboarding with delivery teams.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in Business Development, IT/Software Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition (exceptional freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and confidence on cold calls.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain tech solutions simply.
- Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outreach platforms.
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field.
