Job Description

Guest Service and Interaction

  • Welcome and seat guests as they arrive.
  • Present menus and explain.
  • Take precise food and beverage orders.
  • Offer thoughtful recommendations and up-sell items.
  • Check in on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests.



Food and Beverage Delivery

  • Relay orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Carry food and drinks safely to tables.
  • Refill glasses and clear finished plates during the meal.
  • Process checks, bills, and cash or card payments.



Maintenance and Setup

  • Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
  • Stock service stations with condiments, napkins, and trays.
  • Clear and sanitize tables promptly after guests leave.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene rules at all times
