Visa Counsellor

We are looking for a Visa Counsellor cum Telecaller who will be responsible for counselling clients regarding visa and immigration services, handling telephonic enquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. The candidate will be responsible for explaining visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures while maintaining regular follow-ups with potential clients. Good communication, convincing skills, and a customer-focused approach are required. Experience in the visa/immigration industry or telecalling will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Key Features:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.

* Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility, documentation, and process.

* Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with prospective clients.

* Maintain regular communication and build strong client relationships.

* Explain visa services, procedures, timelines, and applicable charges.

* Convert leads into clients and achieve assigned targets.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client details.

* Coordinate with the processing team for smooth application handling.

* Provide professional and timely responses to client queries.
