Visa Counsellor

Visa CounsellorWe are hiring a Visa Counsellor to handle client counselling, profile assessment, and end-to-end visa application support for study, visitor, tourist, and PR categories. The candidate must have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to manage client documentation professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Attend walk-ins, leads, and online inquiries
• Counsel clients for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Schengen visa categories
• Assess client eligibility based on profile and immigration requirements
• Guide clients regarding documentation, SOPs, financials, and application procedures
• Convert leads into enrollments/clients through proper counselling and follow-ups
• Coordinate with processing teams for file lodgement and updates
• Maintain client records and CRM updates
• Stay updated with latest immigration and visa policy changes
• Requirements:Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Prior experience in immigration/visa counselling preferred
• Knowledge of visitor visa, study visa, PR, and tourist visa processes
• Target-oriented and professional approach
• Ability to handle pressure and client queries efficiently

Experience:

• 0–3 years preferred
