Job Description
- Counsel clients on various USA visa types (Student, Tourist, Work, H-1B, J-1, etc.).
- Assess client eligibility and suggest the most suitable visa category.
- Assist clients in completing and reviewing visa applications (DS-160, DS-260, etc.).
- Provide guidance on supporting documents and SOP/cover letters.
- Ensure all submissions comply with U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs guidelines.
- Conduct mock interviews and brief clients on visa procedures.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents or clarifications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.
- Stay updated with changes in U.S. visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, employers, or immigration lawyers as needed.
