Packaging Boy/ Office Boy

We are looking for a sincere, organised and responsible Packaging Assistant to handle the end-to-end packing and dispatch process for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and verify products as per customer orders
• Pack crystals, jewellery and fragile products safely and neatly
• Follow the company’s packaging standards and protocols
• Read order details, labels and basic instructions in English
• Write/print and attach shipping labels correctly
• Cross-check customer name, address, products and quantities before dispatch
• Prepare parcels for courier pickup and shipping
• Maintain packing materials and inform the team when stock needs replenishment
• Keep the packaging area clean, organised and systematic
• Coordinate with the team regarding pending, urgent or incomplete orders
• Help maintain basic dispatch/order records
• Ensure every parcel is properly packed and ready for safe delivery

Requirements:

• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately
• Good attention to detail
• Responsible and careful while handling products
• Willingness to learn the complete packaging and dispatch process
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume order periods
