Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the field Marketing/Sales team on a daily basis.
• Follow up with marketing executives regarding client visits, leads, and business updates.
• Prepare and maintain daily EOD (End of Day) reports.
• Attend and respond to client calls professionally.
• Follow up with existing and new clients.
• Call new leads and explain our diagnostic services to generate patient bookings.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and patient generation.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of client requirements.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and patient-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Confident in handling client calls.
• Target-oriented and hardworking.
• Experience in sales coordination, telecalling, customer care, or diagnostics/healthcare will be an advantage.
