🚀 WE ARE HIRING: HEAD OF SALES

🏢 Company: Fragomatrix (Leading Perfume Manufacturing Company)

📍 Location: Borivali, Mumbai (On-site)

💰 Salary: ₹10,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 P.A.

💼 Experience: 5–10 years in Sales (Perfume/FMCG/Fragrance industry preferred)

🎓 Education: Graduate (Any stream)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Achieve company revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead Teams: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales executive team.
  • B2B Relations: Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the fragrance portfolio.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Proven track record of scaling sales in manufacturing/FMCG.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong network within the retail or institutional sales ecosystem.
