Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Associate Manager – CASA to drive the acquisition of Current Accounts and Savings Accounts through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship building, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for CASA products through field sales and direct customer visits.

Generate leads through references, market visits, corporate tie-ups, and other channels.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.

Conduct regular field visits for customer meetings and business development.

Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, documentation, and customer onboarding.

Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per banking guidelines.

Maintain daily sales reports and update lead/customer information.

Cross-sell other banking products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment products.

Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–4 years of experience in CASA, banking sales, BFSI, field sales, or relationship management.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of local market and customer acquisition.

Comfortable with field work and daily customer visits.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates with experience in CASA / Retail Banking / Branch Banking / Direct Sales will be preferred.
