Purchase Executive - Fabric

Responsible for purchase documentation, VG ERP accuracy, fabric testing coordination, sample management, and regional sales support for domestic orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, GRNs, and maintain accurate entries in VG ERP.
• Ensure timely and accurate procurement and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate internal/external fabric testing and follow up on laboratory reports.
• Maintain approved fabric swatches, samples, and courier records.
• Support Senior in domestic order coordination, especially Kerala state orders.
• Coordinate stock transfers against new orders and maintain proper ERP records.
• Maintain a complete digital trail of fabric movement and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Warehouse, Laboratory, and Sales teams for timely closure of activities.

Key Skills

• Good knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong documentation and data accuracy skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in fabric/textile procurement or inventory coordination will be preferred.
