Interview Type: Walk-in / Face-to-Face

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end purchasing activities for the organization.
• Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Source quality raw materials, food supplies, packaging, and other operational requirements.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor purchase orders, inventory requirements, and supplier performance.
• Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies.
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and other departments for procurement requirements.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in QSR, F&B, Hospitality, or Food Production.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and market sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Interview & Selection ProcessThis is a one-day walk-in interview process.

Candidates attending the interview will be evaluated on the same day. If selected, the offer letter will be shared by EOD.

Selected candidates are expected to join within 1–2 days after receiving the offer.
