Job Description
About the role:
We organize B2B and B2C exhibitions/events across South India. We're hiring Tele-callers to generate and qualify leads to convert them into potential participants in our events.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to prospective exhibitors/clients from provided data
- Explain our event related details and generate interest
- Qualify leads and convert into potential exhibitor / participant
- Call and Follow up on leads collected from other industry events
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel daily and report to management
- Coordinate with clients before and after events
What we're looking for:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Knowledge of Marathi, Gujarati and/or one south Indian language is a plus)
- Comfortable making 150–200 calls a day
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred
- Confident, target-driven, and okay working weekends around event dates
