Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About Millennium Air Hostess AcademyMillennium Air Hostess Academy is one of Bihar’s leading aviation and hospitality training institutes, focused on preparing young professionals for careers in Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Aviation, Hospitality and related service industries.
We are looking for an experienced and highly result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor who can combine strong inside sales expertise with genuine career counselling.
This is not a traditional tele-calling role.
The person joining this position will be responsible for understanding a student's career aspirations, guiding them toward the right aviation career path, counselling both students and parents, handling objections, nurturing leads and ultimately converting qualified prospects into confirmed admissions.
Role ObjectiveThe primary objective of this role is to drive admissions and revenue growth by effectively managing the complete student acquisition journey:
Lead → Qualification → Career Counselling → Course Recommendation → Parent Counselling → Follow-up → Objection Handling → Fee Discussion → Admission Closure
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with counselling and closing sales.
- Key Responsibilities1. Student & Career CounsellingCounsel prospective students regarding careers in Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Aviation, Hospitality and related industries.
- Understand the student's educational background, interests, personality, career goals and expectations.
- Recommend the most suitable course/program based on the student's profile.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, duration, training methodology, career opportunities and admission process.
- Provide realistic and ethical career guidance without making false promises regarding jobs or placements.
- Build confidence and trust with students during the counselling process.
- 2. Parent CounsellingConduct professional counselling sessions with parents and guardians.
- Address parental concerns regarding career stability, safety, salary expectations, job opportunities, training quality and return on investment.
- Clearly explain the value proposition of the academy and its programs.
- Handle difficult questions and objections confidently.
- Build trust with both students and decision-makers.
- 3. Inside Sales & Lead ConversionHandle inbound leads generated through Meta, Google, website, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, walk-ins and other marketing channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, budget, timeline and career intent.
- Convert qualified enquiries into walk-ins/counselling appointments and ultimately confirmed admissions.
- Own the sales process from the first conversation until admission closure.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects without allowing leads to go cold.
- Use consultative selling rather than simply delivering a scripted sales pitch.
4. Sales Closing & Objection HandlingThe candidate must be confident in handling common objections related to:
- Course fees
- Parents' approval
- Comparison with other institutes
- “I will think about it”
- “I need to discuss with my parents”
- Course duration
- Career/job opportunities
- Placement concerns
- Eligibility
- Timing
- Financial constraints
- Delayed admission decisions
The candidate must be able to negotiate professionally, create urgency where appropriate and close admissions without compromising the academy's brand reputation.
- 5. Lead Follow-up & Pipeline ManagementMaintain structured follow-up with every qualified lead.
- Prioritize leads based on buying intent and admission timeline.
- Maintain accurate lead status and next-action dates.
- Ensure there is minimal lead leakage.
- Re-engage old and dormant leads where appropriate.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline sufficient to achieve monthly targets.
- 6. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of all calls, counselling sessions, follow-ups and admission status in the CRM.
- Update lead stages and remarks on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales updates.
- Track personal conversion ratios and pipeline performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams regarding lead quality and conversion performance.
- 7. Walk-in & Face-to-Face CounsellingHandle walk-in students and parents professionally.
- Conduct structured one-to-one counselling sessions.
- Present the academy, programs, training methodology and career opportunities effectively.
- Convert counselling sessions into admissions wherever the student is qualified and interested.
- Ensure every walk-in receives a professional and memorable counselling experience.
- 8. Market & Industry KnowledgeStay updated on aviation and airline recruitment trends.
- Maintain a working understanding of cabin crew and ground staff recruitment requirements.
- Understand the difference between training, eligibility and actual airline recruitment.
- Stay informed about competing aviation academies and their offerings.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and counselling skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be measured primarily on business outcomes, not just call volume.
Key KPIs will include:
- Monthly confirmed admissions
- Monthly admission revenue
- Lead-to-admission conversion rate
- Qualified counselling-to-admission conversion
- Walk-in-to-admission conversion
- Follow-up compliance

Monthly admission and revenue targets will be assigned based on the candidate's experience, salary package, lead allocation and business requirements. Targets will be discussed during the interview and finalised at the time of joining.
