Job Description


  • Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality North Indian, Chinese and South Indian dishes.
  • Maintain consistent taste, presentation and portion size.
  • Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards.
  • Control food wastage and help manage ingredient costs.
  • Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
  • Maintain kitchen inventory and prepare purchase requirements.
  • Train and supervise kitchen helpers.
  • Handle customer orders efficiently during busy hours.
  • Support the development of new dishes and special menus.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant, hotel or café.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese cuisine; South Indian experience is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
  • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Honest, disciplined and willing to work as part of a team.
