Job Description

A cake baker and maker prepares, bakes, and decorates custom and standard cakes, pastries, and frostings. The role combines culinary measurement skills with artistic decoration, requiring management of kitchen hygiene, equipment operation, inventory tracking, and direct client consultations for specialty orders

Skills:-

Proven experience as a professional baker, cake maker, or Cake Decorator.

Strong artistic and fine motor skills for intricate piping and decorating.

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols.

Ability to stand for long shifts and work flexible early morning hours.
