FO Collections – SBIPosition: Field Officer (FO) – Collections

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential addresses for collection follow-up.
  • Collect pending loan/EMI payments from customers as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with overdue customers.
  • Explain outstanding amounts, payment options, and due dates to customers.
  • Update collection and customer visit details in the mobile application/system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the branch/team regarding difficult or overdue accounts.
  • Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass; graduation preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned area.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
