Factory Incharge

Manage day-to-day operations of the plant store and warehouse.

* Handle inward and outward movement of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.

* Receive and verify materials against PO, invoice, and delivery challan.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock availability.

* Issue materials to the production/assembly line as per requirements.

* Manage EV components such as battery, motor, controller, wiring harness, tyres, chassis, body parts, electrical components, and other raw materials.

* Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and inventory records.

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with system records.

* Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and handling of materials.

* Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for material requirements.

* Track shortage, excess, damaged, rejected, and obsolete materials.

* Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Accounts, and Logistics teams.

* Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

* Maintain store housekeeping and ensure workplace safety.

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.

* Handle stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
