Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to parents, clients, and potential customers.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain the centre's services, programs, and appointment procedures.
• Follow up with leads and interested clients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Make regular follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer concerns politely and escalate important matters to seniors when required.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with parents/clients.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication preferred.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to maintain call records and follow-up details.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or counselling experience will be preferred.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
